All Pronova bags are pre-made linked bags. We have recently developed our third generation of linked bags - the Blueline bags. With this new method to produce new bags, we can make bags from any plastic material, with any thickness.

The Pronova bags are linked together as a continuous chain of bags that run along the packaging machine's opening arms. When packed, bags are automatically separated from the chain when heat-sealed to close. The chain of bags is delivered to customers nicely folded into a carton or pallet.

Perfect bag openings

With our unique system you have all bags along the opening arms fully open at once. That makes it easier and faster to pack the bags.

It also makes it possible to have many stations filling the bags simultaneously 

​

By turning two knobs on the opening arms, one can easily adjust the size and shape of the opening according to bag size and the shape of the product. You can have a wide rectangular opening or a thin opening.

Header bags

Using our 520 bagging machine, our customers can turn any bag into a header bag. The Pronova 520 automatically and without staples attaches card board headers onto the bags.
